The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Surfers Paradise Baseball Clubhouse on Sunday 12 July at 9:30am.

COVID19 health and safety requirements and precautions will be adhered to.

Everyone is welcome to attend and is encouraged to consider the different opportunities available to get involved with the running of the club and to help drive our mission to be the ‘Leading Force in Baseball.’

At the AGM all committee positions will be declared vacant. Nominations are now called for the following positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Registrar
• Committee (many specific roles are available; current positions include:
- Seniors Coordinator
- Juniors Coordinator
- Grounds and Facilities Coordinator
- Equipment Coordinator
- Umpires Coordinator
- Social Media and website Coordinator
- Sponsorship and Grants Coordinator)
